On October 27 sees the 19^th anniversary of the crime committed in the parliament in 1999. The RA NA President Ara Babloyan, the RA Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the RA NA Vice President Mikayel Melkumyan, the RA Acting First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, the RA NA deputies, the RA NA Chief of Staff-Secretary General Ara Saghatelyan, members of the government, the relatives of the victims, the RA NA Staff members and journalists laid flowers at the monument eternalizing the memory of the state and political figures Karen Demirchyan, Vazgen Sargsyan, Yuri Bakhshyan, Ruben Miroyan, Mikayel Kotanyan, Armenak Armenakyan, Henrik Abrahamyan and Leonard Petrosyan, who fell victims of crime and honoured their memory.

On the same day the young Yerkrapahs (defenders of the land) led by the Deputy Chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union (YVU) Ghukas Ulikhanyan respected the memory and laid flowers at the memorial.
